If you are interested in booking a booth, please fill up the following document that will be sent directly to the Technical Secretariat. You will receive a pre-booking confirmation in the following days by e-mail. Please remind that receipt of the reservation form by the Secretariat is essential to guarantee allocation of specialised exhibition spaces.
Once you have pre-selected the booth you are interested in booking, please remember that you have only 15 days to send the contract correctly filled in to the Technical Secretariat – you will find it attached on the website. If we do not receive it in these 15 days, the booth will automatically become free again for companies that can be interested.
